Shipping & Delivery.

*Dear customers, our Christmas craft kits are shipping now. Please make sure to place your orders before 18th of December (16th for Rural NZ) to ensure your craft kits/gifts arrive on time. Thank you.

For Monthly Craft Boxes

NZ FREE Delivery is included for all Monthly Craft Box plans.

Your first month box will be shipped straight away/same week and following monthly boxes will be dispatched on the end of the first week of each month. You should expect to receive your monthly box during or end of 2nd week of the month.

For One-off Orders

Please find below our latest delivery fees for one-off orders.

Auckland Region:

$7.00 (Non-Rural)
$10 for Rural Delivery

Rest of New Zealand:

$8.00 (Non-Rural)
$10 for Rural Delivery

We take 24 hours to process your order and will be delivered to your door within the below time frames.

Auckland Region (non rural) - within 1 to 3 working days.
New Zealand-wide delivery: within 2 to 4 working days. ( if rural, it may take up to 4 working days)

Please note large orders or non seasonal craft kits may take an extra couple of days to process and we will notify you via email.

We use NZ Courier Post to deliver our packages. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package once it has been dispatched.

*Please note we do not offer pick-ups from our locations. Delivery only.

One-off orders (to Australia)

We offer the following shipping options to Australia. Your cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Australia Economy untracked - Please allow between 7 to 14 days for shipments to arrive.
Australia Courier ( tracked/signature required) - within 6 to 10 working days.

Our Monthly Subscription Boxes Delivery Updates.

Our monthly subscription boxes are dispatched on the end of first week of every month (around 5th of the month). Shop for a plan before our monthly cut-off date (28th of each month) to receive our current month's theme.

New Zealand - Free Shipping is applied on all monthly box plans.

Australia - A one-off shipping charge for up to 3 boxes will be applied at checkout. We can send up to 3 boxes in one shipment. Therefore we highly recommend you to purchase our prepaid plans for 3 , 6 or 12 months if monthly boxes are to be sent to Australia.

International Delivery - Available for Australia, USA and the UK.

We are able to deliver our craft boxes to Australia, USA and the UK. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page. Please email us via info@letscraft.co.nz if you wish to find out the cost before you start the order and our team will assist you promptly.

We use Eco-friendly Packaging.

We use environmentally friendly, Recyclable or Biodegradable packaging and mailers for all our orders. Let's keep our environment clean and tidy together, and recycle the materials if possible. We highly encourage you to reuse our packaging or put them in your recycle bin for recycling.
